Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026 (draft)
Draft for review. This policy is a starting template written for development. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be checked and completed (including the business name and contact address) before the site goes live.
This policy describes how the US$12.95 per month membership works.
Price and billing
US$12.95 per month, billed monthly in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
What is included
Three poems in the first month; two additional poems each following month, released in the first and third weeks; and access to the members-only Share and Care Corner.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
[To be confirmed by the site owner before launch.]
Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it still fails, pause access until payment is updated.
